Mini vegetable tartlets topped with blue cheese


Mains

Blue Cod poached in creamy leeks, ginger and saffron

Lamb fillet encrusted in dukuh resting on kumara ginger mash
topped with red capsicum marmalade

Cervena venison on mixed leaves with blueberries, toasted
hazelnuts and drizzled with a Pinot Noir glaze

Prime beef encrusted in whole grain mustard and horseradish
on mushroom, spinach and blue cheese risotto


Desserts

Lemon soufflé with berries and crème fraiche

Sticky date pudding with toffee sauce

White chocolate semi freddo with toasted walnuts and cognac
